Wescom Glass & Aluminum Ltd. is built on the belief that our people are our single most important resource. We are committed to pursuing a proactive health and safety program aimed at ensuring that all our employees receive adequate health and safety training.
Employees at every level, including management, are responsible and accountable for the company’s overall safety initiatives. Complete and active participation by everyone, everyday, in every job is necessary for the safety excellence the company expects. Wescom’s safety commitment also carries over to ensure public safety at all times when jobs in any way could compromise public safety. Management supports the coordination of safety among all workers on sites.
An injury and accident-free workplace is our goal. Through continuous safety and loss control effort, we can accomplish this.
